WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DIE CUT VINYL AND A WRAP?
Die-cut vinyl decals are typically made from calendared media that is plotted (machine cut). After which, someone will install that media using a pre-mask. Door lettering or media that’s commonplace among utility vehicles, such as police cars, are traditionally die-cut vinyl.
A vehicle wrap usually involves digitally-printed cast media, which is then installed without a pre-mask. Commercial vehicle wraps are popular among small businesses that are looking for efficient ways to advertise. Have you seen a real-estate agent’s face plastered on the side of a car? Have you felt the cold chill from a printed blue hi-resolution ice cube on a refrigeration company’s truck? These are examples of vehicle wraps.
HOW LONG DO VEHICLE WRAPS LAST?
If a wrap is cared for well, it can last up to 7 years. Washing your car regularly, applying wrap after-care products and parking your vehicle indoors when you’re not using it are a few tips that will help you extend your wrap’s longevity.
HOW MUCH DO VEHICLE WRAPS COST?
Three factors dictate how a job is priced: the amount of material being used, the time required to design the art and the installation’s degree of difficulty. A commercial wrap for a standard sedan or SUV typically ranges from $2500 – $4000.
Color-change wraps are also priced based on these factors. Changing the color of a sedan or SUV typically costs $3250 – $5000. Prices for wrapping exotic vehicles vary. The time frame in which a customer needs a job completed can also affect the price. Customers should come in for an estimate as well properly schedule their job for the best possible price and experience.
CAN YOU MATCH COLORS?
We use Roland printers, which have their own color system. If you have a specific color you need to match, PMS color for example, we’ll match it using Roland’s color system library. Before sending jobs into production, we always let the customer proof our work.
WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM ON SHIRTS?
We have a direct-to-garment printer in house, so printing one-off shirt designs is no issue! We do have a minimum order of $25.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SCREEN PRINTING AND DIRECT TO GARMENT?
The direct to garment printer works essentially like an inkjet printer. It prints ink onto the fabric and then we heat the ink into the fabric allowing it to stay there permanently. This way of transferring the image on to the fabric is light weight and has no texture on the fabric, with no peeling or cracking allowing the texture to remain consistent through the garment. DTG is ideal for photographs, full color process, and no minimums.
Screen printing is a printing technique where the image is broken down by color and passed through a screen with a squeegee. The colors are more vibrant because the ink lays on the shirt. This is an ideal process for bulk orders with fewer colors.
HOW DOES EMBROIDERY WORK?
Embroidery is a custom process, we take your image and we digitize it into a DST file for the embroidery machines. It can then be sewn on hats, jackets, and polo’s to mention a few. We can even embroider your logo on bags or do puff embroidery for hats. This can be applied to almost any fabric or material. A set up digitizing fee applies to all first time orders.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM TO ORDER ON SIGNAGE?
This is also $25.
WHY SHOULD I WRAP MY CAR?

Its also a solid way to advertise anywhere you go! Vehicle wraps give you the biggest bang for your buck. The more you drive, the more visible your company is. Depending daily travel, your wrap can garner 30,000 to 70,000 views per day.
